Communication is key for successful projects. We encourage our clients to meet with us regularly on site to discuss progress, any unforeseen issues, design decisions etc. If your architect is going to be involved throughout the project as a contract administrator we will tend to all meet together. As a contract administrator they will also certify and value the work that has been done to date and issue payment certificates that we then invoice against.
